GENERAL CONDITIONS

By confirming your booking you accept our General Terms and Conditions.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES

Check-in time is from 15.00.

Check-out time is until 10.00.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

Reservations for accommodation are made through the direct home booking on the website (this also includes direct email, telephone, as well as the use of the online channel (Airbnb)).

In any case, the Guest undertakes to provide us with an active e-mail address or other contact information when making the reservation and to authorise us to use it for the purposes of notification and verification in relation to the reservation. In the event that the guest is unreachable by e-mail or telephone, or provides us with an incorrect or invalid e-mail address, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation within 24 hours. The reservation is confirmed by the payment of a deposit of 50% or 100% of the pre-invoice amount.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS

In the event of payment of the advance payment within the agreed time limit, the reservation will be deemed confirmed. If the guest cancels the reservation in writing within the agreed time limit, he/she is entitled to a full refund of the deposit. In the event that the guest cancels the reservation after the cancellation period, PETRIC VLASTA DR.MED.SPEC.INTERNIST S.P will keep the amount paid. The reservation may be transferred to another person upon the guest's proposal.

The guest may cancel the reservation without any cancellation charges up to 7 days before arrival. In case of cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival or in case of no-show, 50% of the reservation will be charged. Cancellation must be in writing.

Payment can be made by money order (UPN) or credit card (booking on airbnb.com).

Early departure

If the guest leaves the accommodation early without prior notice (at least 7 days before the arrival date), PETRIC VLASTA DR.MED.SPEC.INTERNIST S.P. will charge 50% of the value of each unused night. The guest will not be charged for the remaining nights.

RIGHT OF REFUSAL AND MODIFICATION

We reserve the right to refuse a reservation and, in special circumstances, the right to cancel, modify or change your arrangement. If we are forced to cancel, modify or change the reservation, the guest will be offered an alternative date. PETRIC VLASTA DR.MED.SPEC.INTERNIST S.P. shall not be held liable for any failure to fulfil its obligations due to force majeure.

TOURIST TAX

The price of the accommodation will be increased by the amount of the tourist tax, which is set by the Decree of the Municipality of Gornji Petrovci. 

PRICES

The accommodation prices include value added tax (VAT). The price is valid for the number of persons selected, on the dates selected.Prices vary according to supply and demand. Cleaning costs, fresh linen and towels are included in the price.

ADDITIONAL OFFER

All additional offers are available on request only and subject to availability.

RULES OF STAY

Smoking is not allowed in the acommodation. In case of smoking (regardless of the substance), a charge of EUR 200 per day will be added to your account. Smoking is allowed on the terrace or in the surrounding grounds and you are kindly requested to leave cigarette butts behind.

In the case of major stains or damage to our property, you agree to pay a cleaning fee of at least EUR 50 or the full cost of repairing/replacing the damaged equipment.

PARKING

Parking for two cars is free of charge for guests of the property.

LOSS OF AND DAMAGE TO GUESTS' PROPERTY

Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged property or for any damage sustained by you or anyone in your party whilst staying on our property in the house or in the car park itself.

PETS

Pets are allowed upon prior reservation. The price is € 30.00 per dog. Animals must have their own beds, towels, sheets, food bowls and must not lie on fabrics or human beds.

APPLICATIONS

If there are any faults in the house, the guest must inform the managers immediately and allow the maintenance staff to rectify the problem within a reasonable time. If the Guest fails to do so, he/she will not be entitled to any change in the duration of the stay or to any discounts on the basis of a worse stay. 

ACCESS AND RIGHT OF ENTRY TO ACCOMMODATION

We reserve the right to enter the accommodation at reasonable times and for justifiable reasons upon notice. Maintenance staff may enter the house for legitimate reasons, in particular for emergency maintenance and inspection, upon notice, but if the guest is not present, entry is permitted when accompanied by at least two persons.

GIFT VOUCHERS

A gift voucher may be purchased by a natural or legal person. The gift voucher can be paid by a payment order (UPN) to the company's current account. The gift voucher is valid until the date indicated. In exceptional cases (injury, pregnancy, etc.), the gift voucher may be extended for an additional 4 months. Prior reservation of accommodation is required. A copy of the gift voucher must be presented at the time of booking, otherwise the reservation cannot be confirmed. Guests can cancel their reservation up to 7 days prior to arrival. In case of cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival or in case of no-show, the gift voucher will be considered as redeemed. Cancellation must be in writing.

The gift voucher for this service can be used once.  

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The trademark, name and logo are the basic elements of the visual identity of the Gorička Lepotička - Eco house brand.

Their use is not permitted without the owner's permission.  

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

When making a reservation through the reservation form or by e-mail, the guest authorises PETRIC VLASTA DR.MED.SPEC.INTERNIST S.P. to store and process the personal data collected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. The controller of the collection may process the personal data for the purposes of informing about the offer, services, news and changes of the Gorička Lepotička accommodation facility. The data controller undertakes not to disclose the data to third parties. The data controller undertakes to process and protect the data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

GOVERNING LAW

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Slovenian law. The parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Slovenian courts.
